The People Help & Answers team serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting HR support across the globe. As a tech-savvy member of the HR organization, you will use a variety of best-in-class software platforms to execute Service Delivery. Support requests can span a broad range of topics, including HR programs, policy interpretation and HRIS data management, troubleshooting and basic configuration.
Acting as a champion for and embodying our culture of care, you will be instrumental in ensuring solution-focused, positive engagement for employees. Come innovate with us! We are currently focused on growing our knowledgebase inventory to support self-service capabilities and identifying areas for process improvement across the employment life cycle. With your unique perspective of trends stemming from inquiries, you support across multiple functional areas and audiences (candidates, employees, alumni, and third parties) and your voice will be critical to achieve our continual demand in evolving key business processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Champion the Employee Experience by providing high quality HR service support and embedding HR Service Delivery model in the employee lifecycle.
  • Resolve Tier 0 and Tier 1 requests; communicate solution or requested information; analyze and escalate complex or sensitive issues to Tier 2.
  • Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Reference and assist in the interpretation of company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of response.
  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to resolve complex issues and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Partner cross functionally to manage Knowledge Base utility and employee experience.
  • Provide HRIS system administration support and basic configuration tasks.
  • Any other ad hoc projects and duties assigned from time to time.

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior HR administrative experience, including knowledge of core HR principles
  • Experience using Service Delivery platforms including Workday, ServiceNow
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain flexible and change pace with workflow demands
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn, implement new processes and work independently
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy are critical, effective research, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to commit 6 months to fill in for a maternity cover
