AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for an Associate People Services & Payroll HQ (f/m/d).
As part of the HR team, you will support the end-to-end payroll process for AOP Health HQ, perform HR administrative tasks, and create a high level of employee experience through interaction and self-service for HR and employees.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Commercial education (HAK, HBLA, Bachelor)
  • First relevant working experience in HR or payroll administration
  • Completed or beginning Certified Payroll
  • Specialist training would be an advantage
  • Work experience with DPW a plus
  • Analytical, numerate and high level of attention to detail
  • Friendly and clear communicator
  • Independent, solution oriented with a keen-ness to continuously improve our processes
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee data
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good written and spoken German and English
