Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Associate / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of our Co-Founders based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual, including fresh graduates looking to launch their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the Co-Founder’s schedule and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Co-Founder, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Co-Founder, professionally and effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage the Co-Founder’s complex and ever-changing calendar, proactively anticipating potential conflicts and ensuring timely execution of daily agendas. Act as a trusted and discreet gatekeeper.
  • Manage ad-hoc confidential personal arrangements for the Co-Founder, including travel, procurement, and other errands as needed.
  • Confidently and discreetly coordinate with clients and customers, managing communication via diary, email, and phone.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
