ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years industrial experience, preferably in pipeline production within the EPCI industry
  • Knowledge of pipeline fabrication techniques, materials, and relevant standards
  • Proficient in using industry-specific software for pipeline production and project management
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills to scrutinize production processes and identify optimization opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior production specialists to execute pipeline production activities in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
  • Support the development and implementation of effective production plans, ensuring timely completion of pipeline fabrication and assembly
  • Monitor and report daily progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to maintain project timelines
  • Participate in quality control inspections and tests during the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders, including engineers, suppliers, project managers, and contractors, to ensure seamless production operations
  • Assist in the coordination of resources, materials, and equipment required for pipeline fabrication, installation, and testing
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source and track materials, ensuring their availability according to production schedules
  • Document and maintain detailed records of production activities, materials used, and inspection results
