Associate Principle Scientist Cell Molecular Biology

• Perform Vector Constructions, express, purify and analyze encoded proteins according to strict SOPs.
• In-depth knowledge of protein structure and protein purification is required.
• Troubleshooting & bespoke assay design to meet customer requirements
• Prepare and review high quality reports and data summaries.
• Effectively communicate with external customers and internal stakeholders across departments and sites.
• Lead the performance & execution of multiple client projects
• Provide mentoring and training to junior members of the team.
• Potential for line management of junior members of the team
• Performing lab and area inspections to maintain high levels of quality and safety. Contribute to lab cleaning rotations and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Support Site Data Integrity Plan by actively participating in projects, by completing deliverables and by attending training.
• Apply Data Integrity principles into routine tasks by following DI policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Identify and communicate DI issues to management.
