REQUIREMENTS

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Internship or similar experience working in a SaaS environment.
- IAPP certifications (i.e. CIPM)
Responsibilities:
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
We are seeking an Associate Privacy Analyst to join our Privacy and Risk team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the privacy team, carrying out tasks that support the organisation’s privacy program. The role will require an individual with a strong foundation in privacy principles, who can work under the guidance and supervision of more experienced privacy professionals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the organisation’s privacy program, including policies, procedures, and controls.
- Providing support in performing privacy impact assessments for new products, services, or other processing activities.
- Helping to complete due diligence questionnaires for customers and prospective customers.
- Promoting a culture of privacy and data protection within the organisation.
- Participating in the investigation and resolution of privacy-related incidents.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and notifications to regulatory authorities, as required.
- Reviewing contracts and assessing the privacy practices of vendors and third-party service providers.
- Assisting in the handling and fulfilment of data subject access requests, deletion requests, and other privacy-related inquiries.
- Helping to maintain the records of processing activities (ROPAs) for the organisation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, IT, Trust & Security) to support the integration of privacy considerations across the organisation.
- Other responsibilities as required.
