QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications we value include having:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with expertise in technical fields or a background in Marine Engineering.
- Experience in process optimisation and technical support in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and process management systems is a plus
- Full professional proficiency in English and Danish.

- Identify and analyze production processes to identify potential improvements.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for production processes.
- Provide technical support to production staff
