You have a passion for building great products and technology, superior communication skills, high integrity, and great attention to detail. You’re a doer, who will adapt and change tactics until you find the winning approach. You feel comfortable getting your hands dirty in the problems of today, yet never losing sight of the long-term direction. You have stamina, resilience, and grit. Day-to-day, you will: • Manage Stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals. • Manage Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear and prioritised backlog of well written user stories, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and roadmap. • Represent Customers: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs and expectations are understood and addressed in the product development process. • Agile Focus: Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing guidance and direction to the development team. Your skills and experiences might also include: • 2-3 years relevant work experience working on technology-powered products as either a product manager or a product owner. • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative. • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
