THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • A degree in Business or Economics, Business informatics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics or comparable
  • Relevant work experience (or internship or similar) in either SaaS software development, Business Intelligence, product management or a related area
  • An analytical or technical background (e.g. familiarity with analytics/data analysis, dashboard design, SQL) along with a passion for all things data
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, and developing products or features centered around data visualization (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, extensive Excel reports, D3.js or other)
  • The ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • A collaborative style with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely on technical and operational issues
  • A detail- and results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
  • The ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a product manager to join our rapidly growing product and engineering organization. Embedded within a cross-functional team, as an Associate Product Manager, you will be supporting the team on executing and delivering the studio data visualization roadmap. You will own and drive your own projects and the delivery of selected features from discovery to launch. Successful product managers will have a strong understanding of customer needs, the overall market in which we operate, and most importantly our product. Success requires deep collaboration with many different stakeholders across our business.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Work in close collaboration with a Senior Product Manager for mentorship
  • Collaborate with the Celonis Design and Engineering team and be the subject matter expert for the Data Visualization team
  • Own the end-to-end development of selected features on the Data Visualisation roadmap
  • Gather insights and evidence that support product and design decisions and/or identify opportunities to enhance the product
  • Drive continuous product innovation and improvement while representing the voice of the customer by establishing strong customer relationships, conducting interviews and user tests with internal and external users, and analyzing data and customer requests
  • Develop a strong network with internal stakeholders and collaborate with them to drive adoption of new features, e.g. with product marketing, technical writing, academy and go-to-market teams
