ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally anatomical or physio knowledge
- Exposure to marketing or finance background either within the workplace or education
- Ideally exposure to the surgical theatre and interacting with surgeons
- Relevant Tertiary Degree from a Health Science or Marketing/Sales background
Responsibilities:
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for assisting with product planning and product marketing for designated product line/s across NZ in supporting the company’s overall strategy and goals. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customers’ requirements and working closely with country and regional key stakeholders ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
This position reports to our ‘Product Marketing Lead New Zealand’ - you will focus on the Extremities and Trauma product portfolio as well as Capital Equipment and Consumables (Arthrex Imaging and Resection products)
- Assist in developing and implementing the Product strategies to achieve marketing goals and budgets.
- Assist in identifying market trends, product opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- In conjunction with manager and internal stakeholders execute the defined strategies specific to your product portfolio
- Support product launches, attend events and functions and maintain collaborative contact with external surgeons
- In collaboration with others oversee the distribution and localization of all marketing material and training
- Product forecasting and analysis
