REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, business administration, commerce, marketing or equivalent work experience
- Up to 3 years of Product Management, Usability, or Marketing experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, generate meaningful insights, make data-informed decisions, and articulate reasoning to peers and senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Have good understanding of software deployment models (Cloud, Hosted Managed Services, On-Prem); Technology stacks like operating systems, databases; APIs and secure user authentication mechanism (Single Sign On)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining our innovation plan based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, document requirements as actionable user stories, and prioritize product features.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to understand client friction points and evolving product requirements.
- Assist in developing enablement materials and related collateral to support product launches and updates.
- Monitor and analyze product analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to define opportunities for future enhancements and innovation.
