Description:

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our London team. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a solid understanding of the mobile gaming market and a data-focused approach to optimisation. You’ll be an integral part of the core game team while working with Analysts, UA and Marketing to implement strategies that promote sustainable growth across all key performance indicators (KPIs).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry or 1+ year in product management or free-to-play game design
  • Experience working with balance data within Unity (or similar engine)
  • Strong analytical background with experience in data-driven decision-making. Proficient with analysing datasets in spreadsheets
  • Ability to create and present clear and concise product specifications
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and spoken English
  • Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry as a whole

Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-game content including the scheduling, designing and analysing of live ops events, seasonal promotions and game economy
  • Set up in-game balancing (of events, promotions and features) to a high quality in an efficient manner
  • Analyse product and live ops performance, using data insights to optimise in-game features and live ops events
  • Design, run and monitor A/B tests to improve KPIs
  • Collaborate with Design, UI, Engineering, QA to develop and balance new features to improve player experience
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis with a focus on the mobile gaming industry
  • Strive to continuously improve internal processes and workflow efficiency
