REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and launching campaigns.
- Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Proficient in utilizing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to collaborate comfortably across teams and drive projects to completion.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for marketing tools, payment solutions, and merchant journey improvements.
- Write a marketing brief with compelling marketing messages and use analytical skills and research to study the market, product and customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to gather insights that drive product adoption.
- Lead the creative team to create compelling marketing and educational content to increase merchant awareness and engagement.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and initiatives.
