POSITION SUMMARY
As the Associate Production Manager, you’ll be overseeing the operations and vendors to ensure our production process is optimized. This position also plays a strategic role in spearheading and implementing production strategies to support business growth and development. As the Associate Production Manager, you will also be responsible to ensure departmental KPIs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Implement a strategic production plan that meet company objectives
- Build, manage and maintain all factory relations
- Source and adopt new vendors to support business growth and development
- Optimize production strategies to allow for open to buy and in season reorders
- Problem solve any production related issues
- Oversee and manage production calendars to ensure deadlines are met
- Negotiate production lead times, cost and minimums with suppliers
- Analyze and build out vendor contracts and procedures
- Create vendor on-boarding processes
- Implement and oversee third party inspections for QC
- Develop and oversee material approval process to enhance standards
- Identify potential quality and production issues and make appropriate recommendations
- Own and manage all production related KPIs
- Partners with cross functional leadership to:
- Build and actualize the product calendar,
- Publish and maintain the vendor manual and all related processes
- Use, maintain and enhance company technology systems (WFX, NetSuite, etc)
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
