Description:
We are looking for an Associate Project Administrator (IT) to join our team! He/she will manage staff and vendor on-boarding/off-boarding according to standard operating procedures. Additionally, it includes providing secretariat support for meetings.
The position also entails supporting business-as-usual operations for IT project managers, along with any other relevant duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in any field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in handling government security clearance documents
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff and vendor onboarding/offboarding processes

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee and vendor onboarding/offboarding processes according to established procedures
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to gather required security clearance information
- Initiate IT equipment and account provisioning requests
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and meeting coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to ensure project success
- Assist IT project managers with daily operations
