Description:

We are looking for an Associate Project Administrator (IT) to join our team! He/she will manage staff and vendor on-boarding/off-boarding according to standard operating procedures. Additionally, it includes providing secretariat support for meetings.
The position also entails supporting business-as-usual operations for IT project managers, along with any other relevant duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or degree in any field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in handling government security clearance documents
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff and vendor onboarding/offboarding processes

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee and vendor onboarding/offboarding processes according to established procedures
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to gather required security clearance information
  • Initiate IT equipment and account provisioning requests
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to ensure project success
  • Assist IT project managers with daily operations
