Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for designing and delivering key projects to progress the maturity and development of the HR Partner Team (HRPT) and enhance the impact on business outcomes. This role reports to the Director, HR Project Management.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, shape, and implement solutions across HR Partner team projects (i.e., manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and activities)
- Work with HR Partner team leads and other cross-functional leaders to understand common themes and challenges and incorporate input into projects
- Track and measure the impact of key projects through establishment of KPIs
- Communicate assigned activities and work with HRPT members to deliver; drive execution and follow up on required activities across key stakeholders
- Act as a point of escalation for project team members and provide guidance and oversight to ensure effective execution of projects
- Create and present insights and solutions through development of data-driven, logically structured, and high-quality deliverables (i.e., PowerPoint slides, analyses, communications, etc.)
