As Associate Project Manager – Events & Engagements within our Global Meetings & Events Team, you’ll support the planning, execution, and oversight of global projects related to events and engagements. This role focuses on assisting in the establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and initiatives deployment in alignment with global process and project leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of global projects related to events and engagements.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs and metrics to measure the success of projects.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Help create reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with global process and project leads to support the alignment of project initiatives with business objectives.
  • Assist in organizing regular meetings to review project progress and address challenges.
  • Ensure project methodologies and practices are consistent across regions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.

About you

  • Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects
  • Soft skills: Adaptability, problem-solving, collaboration and effective communication
  • Technical skills: Good analytical skills (excel, data crunching etc.)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Languages: Advanced English level
