Description:
Job Overview
Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs. Will ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.
Essential Functions
- Organize meetings and manage action plans
- Create, track and report on project status and timelines.
- Support the creation and delivery of project plans and project deliverables.
- Supervise current project activities and coordinate team members to keep work efforts on track.
- Produce and distribute status, tracking and executive summary reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
- Create and coordinate communications for assigned projects (email, PowerPoints, training materials, etc.).
- May be assigned responsibility for sub-projects or specific components of the project or program.
- Serve as a backup contact for internal Project Managers.
- Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.
- Assist with the establishment of new procedures and offer suggestions for process improvements for existing procedures.
- Support Lean event coordination and execution to drive process improvement opportunities.
- Collect and report on KPI measurement for program success;
- Update and manage project reports and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Req
- 3 years of related experience Req Or
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
- Good teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under limited direction
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $70,500.00 - $117,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits
