Description:

Job Overview
Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs. Will ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

Essential Functions

  • Organize meetings and manage action plans
  • Create, track and report on project status and timelines.
  • Support the creation and delivery of project plans and project deliverables.
  • Supervise current project activities and coordinate team members to keep work efforts on track.
  • Produce and distribute status, tracking and executive summary reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
  • Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
  • Create and coordinate communications for assigned projects (email, PowerPoints, training materials, etc.).
  • May be assigned responsibility for sub-projects or specific components of the project or program.
  • Serve as a backup contact for internal Project Managers.
  • Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.
  • Assist with the establishment of new procedures and offer suggestions for process improvements for existing procedures.
  • Support Lean event coordination and execution to drive process improvement opportunities.
  • Collect and report on KPI measurement for program success;
  • Update and manage project reports and dashboards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Req
  • 3 years of related experience Req Or
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under limited direction
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $70,500.00 - $117,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits
