THE POSITION

We are looking for a project manager for our expanding portfolio of delivery system projects. In this position, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Project Management of primary packaging and delivery systems for injectable drugs like vial/syringe systems or manual pre-filled syringe
  • Acting as point of contact in project governance, bringing decisions forward driving the project forward according to overall timelines
  • Leading the project team behind primary packaging development for clinical trials/market from ideation phase to drug product launch
  • Being responsible for the development plan, resource planning, and timely delivery on projects including providing input to project budget
  • Ensuring timely delivery of design/products for clinical trials and documentation for submissionEnsuring agreements and good collaboration between stakeholders, including coordination with drug development and production, which is key to success

  • You will work closely with colleagues in drug and device R&D, Product Supply, and Supply Chain to assent to the requirements. The assignments carried out by the department are diverse as we deliver to all parts of Novo Nordisk. For this reason, you will have the opportunity to be part of the solution for a variety of challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant field within the natural sciences
  • 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably within product development or aseptic production in the life science, or another highly regulated industry
  • Relevant project management education e.g. Prince 2 certification will be a benefit
  • Experience in primary packaging for pharmaceutical products, medical devices including Design Control will be an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken Englis
