Our Recurring Revenue team is looking to add a passionate associate project manager, who can ensure structure, transparency, and progress on our ongoing and upcoming projects. You will work closely with a team of product managers and commercial managers to build and continuously improve products and commercial processes within the strategically important recurring revenue area.
Note: Due to the holiday season, we will begin interviewing candidates starting from August.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS PROBABLY FIT THE BILL IF YOU HAVE
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, working with a commercial focus in the intersection of business and technology and within an agile development setup.
- A good understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Scaled Agile.
- A proactive mindset and good organizational understanding combined with an ability to structure and communicate complex problems into clear messaging and outcomes.
- A structured, yet pragmatic mindset combined with effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- A natural affinity for problem solving, facilitating business decisions based on quantitative and qualitative analysis – communicated proficiently with tools like PowerPoint and Excel
- A background in management consulting would be an added benefit
You will join a team newly established and ambitious Recurring Revenue team in our Marketing, Commercial & Customer Success organization and be a core part of 3Shape’s growth journey. You are expected to assist us shape processes and reach out for responsibility where required – in turn, the right candidate will be rewarded with high impact, lots of responsibility and significant autonomy to create results.

Responsibilities:
- Transforming strategy into well-scoped projects with clear goals and deliverables in close collaboration with core stakeholders across IT, Finance, Customer Success, Customer Care, Marketing and Sales
- Establishing and maintaining project governance by facilitating and documenting key project events, including kick-offs, workshops, status updates, Steering Committee meetings, and project reviews.
- Creating awareness of and transparency on our roadmaps to the wider organization and secure aligned expectations and priorities on progress.
- Working closely with IT Project Managers, product owners, and commercial stakeholders to ensure progress and momentum in the development of our scalable recurring revenue infrastructure.
- Identifying, managing, and highlighting risks to the project roadmap to ensure timely resolution of challenges at the right level of the organization.
