Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the scientific project leads to ensure the timely delivery of a broad range of market access deliverables. They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate or relevant healthcare qualification
  • Working knowledge of the UK, EU, and Global healthcare environments to support project delivery
  • Proven track record of efficient junior-level project management or project coordination from inception through to delivery
  • Experience working in market access in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy is preferred
  • Proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to balance shifting priorities to ensure that timelines and objectives are met, and expectations are exceeded
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • 10% Potential Global Travel

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with project setup, planning, and team briefing
  • Managing project timelines and tracking activities for client deliverables alongside project delivery teams
  • Preparing project meeting slides and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the financial aspects of project delivery, including the development of cost estimates and invoicing
  • Ensuring kick-off meetings and all quality assurance processes are maintained/completed; editorial content is checked for correct spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency
