Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the scientific project leads to ensure the timely delivery of a broad range of market access deliverables. They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate or relevant healthcare qualification
- Working knowledge of the UK, EU, and Global healthcare environments to support project delivery
- Proven track record of efficient junior-level project management or project coordination from inception through to delivery
- Experience working in market access in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy is preferred
- Proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to balance shifting priorities to ensure that timelines and objectives are met, and expectations are exceeded
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- 10% Potential Global Travel
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with project setup, planning, and team briefing
- Managing project timelines and tracking activities for client deliverables alongside project delivery teams
- Preparing project meeting slides and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the financial aspects of project delivery, including the development of cost estimates and invoicing
- Ensuring kick-off meetings and all quality assurance processes are maintained/completed; editorial content is checked for correct spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency
