Description:
Liaises with Precision for Medicine’s operational divisions, affiliates and customers. Coordinates (in collaboration with Project Managers) the study setup, maintenance and closure activities for identified protocols and/or study programs. Consults on project management issues and supports overall function of the Project Management group
This role will implement and manage new and existing projects in a manner consistent with Precision for Medicine’s mission and management philosophy by developing and maintaining logistical plans and making recommendations to customers on study designs that increase quality and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field (e.g., engineering), plus previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role, such as project support experience
Other Required:
- Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications
- Proven track record of coordination and communication with team members across disparate technical and business backgrounds such as R&D, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Executive Management, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work in front of a computer for long hours at a time
- Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional research and reporting skills
- Extended work hours may be necessary in order to meet business demands
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent use of judgment and discretion
- Able to read, write, and fluently speak and comprehend the English language
- Proven track record of being a team player, willing to interact proactively and productively
- Must possess a valid driver’s license; must be able to travel both domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10%)
Preferred:
- Biotechnology, repository, or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CLIA, and ISO regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets and revenue goals, resource plans, while comparing to contracted project scope(s), fully exploring new ideas that optimize quality and efficiency
- Maintain detailed daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities, delegating responsibilities to carry out contracted work activities, as appropriate
- Create, track, and report on project timelines
- Communicate with customers and collaborators with regard to data management, inventory control, shipping procedures, for all assigned areas
- Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Respond in a timely manner to all events
- Coordinate data gathering
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings; prepare reports and correspondences to customers, collaborators, and oversight
- Meet all revenue and gross margin objectives assigned to projects, project expenses, and customer billing
- Assist the project manager and other senior staff, as required
- Identify out of scope project work; escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties
- Manage all tasks in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring customer expectations are met/customers are delighted
- Engage with all repository operations through interacting, coordinating, and prioritizing activities
- Ensure quality control procedures are executed
- Enforce GMP/GLP/ISO regulations and standards
- Review, update, and evolve all documentation associated with project(s) to approvable status
- Assess and mitigate technical, project, and business risks
- Ensure that work product complies with design and performance standards, regulatory environment and customer expectations. Enforce standards applicable to each step in project execution
- Coordinate with other project staff to identify and consolidate support processes
- Monitors assignments and adjusts priorities and work schedule to meet deadlines and provide high quality deliverables. Completes additional tasks needed in support of project, customer and departmental objectives
- Complete other responsibilities, as assigned
