What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Execute and monitor projects related to the Broker Accreditation processes. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the Broker Accreditation processes and propose improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements.
  • Coordinate creation and updates of the standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the Broker Accreditation department and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to management and team members.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and accreditation standards. Ensure that all accreditation processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other functions, including technology, data, financial, procurement, risk and control partners to ensure end to end processes are fit for purpose, reasonable, functioning and followed.
  • Work as part of the team, ensuring Brokers are approved as per the process for that country, seeking assistance from Legal for terms of business agreement (TOBA) /regulatory issues, matters relating to TOBA wordings and Country Managers for process queries.
  • Work as part of the team in the day-to-day maintenance of Broker records ensuring the highest data quality is achieved.
  • Work as a team in the Production of Broker Risk Reviews
  • Preparing the data part of the report for the Manager to present at various Committees.
  • Maintaining the BAT knowledge database in OneNote.
  • Allocating emails into the BAT mailbox responding to the straightforward and more complicated requests and ad hoc queries either by direct email, phone call or through the BAT mailbox.
  • Initiates CI initiatives and co-ordinates projects. Able to motivate others to work on innovations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and is a role model for others in communicating with stakeholders.
  • Train new starters clearly and accurately on existing processes.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Experience in projects
  • University degree
  • Experience on the similar role
  • First class report writing skills (ability to develop and present ideas and reasoned arguments clearly and concisely to various audiences)
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must
  • Inquisitive mind with analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new difficulties
