YOUR SKILLS

  • You have graduated from HTL (Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics) and ideally already have some experience with quality or product testing topics.
  • You enjoy solving problems related to physics and mechanics.
  • You have a strong connection and interest in bicycles.
  • You are willing to undertake solo travel (medium-term plan) to visit our assemblers and suppliers around the world (with a focus on Asia and the EU).
  • You are characterized by a diligent and structured approach to work.
  • You have very good German and English skills.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2.500 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting root cause analysis in collaboration with suppliers to identify and resolve issues sustainably.
  • Performing site visits and audits at our suppliers’ locations.
  • Core team member function in our internal development projects, representing the QA department
  • Sharing and exchanging information with our Asian colleagues

In addition, you will support our Senior Product Test Engineer in the following tasks:

  • Examining current industry standards and norms
  • Creating product test plans for small projects in the development phase
  • Evaluating product testing requirements during supplier changes
  • Organizing compliance testing with external testing institutes and suppliers
  • Acting as a core team member in our internal development projects, representing Product Testin
