ASSOCIATE RECRUITER - TRAVELER PARTNER & SERVICE PLATFORM (MATERNITY COVER)

We’re looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter to join our team and attract top talent for a range of technical, support, and operational roles, primarily within Expedia’s Traveler & Partner Service Platform function in the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and recruiting outstanding candidates to build teams focused on operations, shared capabilities, and product and technology, all aimed at delivering the best service and operational experience in travel. You’ll bring professionalism and exceptional customer service, taking a consultative approach throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, from first-line managers to Vice Presidents, to understand the specific skills needed for each role and deliver high-caliber talent across a defined client group.
  • Actively source candidates for technical, support and operational roles in locations across EMEA
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage technical interviews, problem-solving exercises, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Present, negotiate, and finalize job offers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding compensation and role details.
  • Gain a strong understanding of and ensure adherence to Expedia’s recruiting policies, procedures, and legal compliance requirements when hiring new talent.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business and the impact of a two-sided marketplace on revenue, product features, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Managers and HR Business Partners to drive diversity initiatives and build a more inclusive tech organization.
