DESCRIPTION

The Associate Recruiter has primary accountability for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioner candidates. This position is responsible for all provider recruitment sourcing functions including: outreach visits, conference attendance, initial contact, internet sourcing, reference checks, and building relationships with provider candidates. Works in close collaboration with recruiters and managers, and executive teams throughout our system footprint. Also includes building successful relationships with internal and external prospects/candidates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 year of Relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• upon hire: Participation in a recruitment professional organization (e.g., Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR), FASPR Fellowship, AIRS Certified Recruiter, NW Recruiter Association, ERE, NAHCR Certified Recruiter).
• 1 year of Recruitment experience.
