That’s why we’re looking for an Associate Recruiting Manager to play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier summer associates, lateral associates and other legal hires to join our New York office.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process and candidate lifecycle for all summer associate, lateral associate, and legal personnel needs for the New York office, ensuring high-quality and diverse hires
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies for sourcing top-tier candidates
  • Utilizing Leopard Solutions and other databases to market map prospective recruits and coordinating direct outreach through LinkedIn
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with the firm’s goals; managing relationships with headhunters
  • Coordinating firm’s on-campus interviewing program and maintaining effective relationships with law school career services
  • Planning and managing a robust summer program, including social events and trainings, and ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall programming; overseeing summer associate program budget
  • Managing all reporting, metrics, and data management related to the New York office, ensuring accurate real-time information is available
  • Managing and mentoring assigned staff, to include objective setting, task delegation, coaching, mentoring and performance management
  • Travel to other firm offices and on-campus locations as needed
