Associate Risk Services Consultant

You will assist client’s local management to identify, assess and monitor and reduce risk in a firm’s operations. Advise clients on how to confidently identify, quantify and reduce risk through tailored solutions, so that they can protect what matters most: people, property, and profitability. Provide day to day support of key risk needs from the client.

• Strong Communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
• Ability to work under pressure

WORK REQUIREMENTS

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in technical or related field
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• 0-3 years’ experience in relevant risk service area
• Progress towards professional designations/certifications desirable
• Basic knowledge of technical and regulatory standards/requirements
• Ability to travel and work beyond normally scheduled workweek as necessary
  Department Risk Management & Loss Control
  Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
  Required Travel: Up to 50%
  Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree)

• Conduct evaluations and design and implement industry best practice risk mitigation programs for our clients
• Consult with clients to understand needs and objectives
• Deliver customized solutions and advise clients on best risk management practices
• Utilizes effective project management skills and best in class consulting practices
• Conduct loss analysis & trending to identify client focus areas
• Perform audits/assessments at client sites
• Member of Industry Specialty Practice
• Report consulting activities to internal stakeholders as required
