Description:

We are in search of a meticulous Associate to be part of our Legal team, located in Houston, Texas, 77056, United States. This role is central to our litigation operations, specifically within the realm of tort litigation. The Associate will be handling an array of tasks, from dealing with mass tort litigation matters to managing litigation documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in mass tort litigation, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assist in case proceedings.
  • Prepare and manage litigation documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide legal advice on litigation matters, helping to guide decision-making processes.
  • Actively participate in tort litigation team meetings, contributing to strategy discussions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of litigation attorney practices, staying informed of legal updates.
  • Handle litigation matters professionally, ensuring all actions align with legal requirements.
  • Use your licensed attorney skills to represent clients in legal disputes.
  • Contribute to the successful resolution of litigation matters, utilizing your expertise to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, sharing your knowledge and supporting collective goals.
  • Must be a licensed attorney with the ability to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Proven experience in handling Mass Tort cases
  • Demonstrable skills in Litigation, Litigation Attorney roles, and managing Litigation Documents
  • Expertise in dealing with Litigation Matters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and professional responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client consultations and court appearances
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and trust
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement legal strategies.
