REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 2-5 years in sales, leadership, and relevant industry experience(e.g., Proptech, SaaS).
  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; sales or leadership certifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Sales expertise, team management, negotiation, and analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to work cross-functionally and adjust strategies as needed.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Associate Sales Manager, you will lead a small team focused on closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance, mentor your team, and directly engage with prospective clients to secure new business. You’ll play a key role in expanding our host network and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Team Management: Lead a small team of Sales Executives whilst managing personal sales targets
  • Sales Execution: Develop an outbound sales strategy to increase overall sales volume
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Training and Development: Coaching, inspiring and motivating team to ensure sales targets are met
  • Performance Monitoring: Forecast and analyse the sales pipeline, reporting KPI’s to the Senior Leadership Team
