As our global footprint and customer base continue to grow, we are looking for the Associate Sales Process Specialist to join our team and support UL’s sales professionals in administrative tasks, including: quote generation, order processing and booking, and post-sales customer service support for our clients from Medical Devices industry.

  • Engages mostly internally with sales representatives located in Europe via telephone or emails to address inquiries and admin-related activities.
  • Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
  • Works within standard operating procedures under supervision to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
  • Process quotes into Orders using our ERP system.
  • Support account managers & SE/ISEs by performing included but not limited to admin-related tasks
  • Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise.
  • Track account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of account and account opportunities.
  • Collaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure that the customer receives the proper message to ensure complete understanding and results requested.
  • Build an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engage internal personnel to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve ULS’ customer experience.
  • Meet established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities.Works with a moderate degree of supervision.

  • High school diploma.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
  • Under 1 year of related experience.
  • Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes.
  • Sufficient understanding of core UL products / services for aligned industry to effectively generate quotes.
  • Experience managing internal systems and data sources.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • English proficiency required.
