As an Associate within Sales, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our active user base from regional perspective. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, while building strong relationships with users. This is not a B2B or partnerships role. Instead the role will focus on mass user growth (MAU and Revenue) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow assigned region/territory
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high engagement, activity and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reporting to inform company level decision making.
  • Work closely with other departments (Product, Customer Experience, Marketing) to align sales efforts

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto industry in South Africa
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preference will be given to those with cryptocurrency/blockchain/web3 experience.
