Responsibilities:
- Inspire Teams: Guide our teams through impactful transitions, ensuring that they are excited for the future
- Create and Coordinate: Create and coordinate training for 1’000+ employees worldwide, ensuring Jet Aviation remains at the forefront of excellence
- Build Foundations: Partner with Global Process Owners to map out critical SAP S4 processes that drive our business forward, including Finance and MRO
- Test, Refine & Perfect: Support the development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, ensuring smooth system rollouts
