Responsibilities:
- Performing quality controls for samples and libraries.
- Execution of automated lab processes.
- Coordination of lab tasks in consolidation with lab management.
- Project-related communication to customer support:
- Inquiries for delivery time.
- Complaint handling and troubleshooting.
- Changes in the prioritization of projects.
- Request to repeat certain process steps.
- Interface to process development regarding technical feasibility of projects in consolidation with lab management.
- Perform a wide variety of laboratory tasks and experiments.
- May also develop and maintain record keeping for experiments performed.
- Perform troubleshooting and calibration of instruments.
