• Performing quality controls for samples and libraries.
• Execution of automated lab processes.
• Coordination of lab tasks in consolidation with lab management.
• Project-related communication to customer support:
• Inquiries for delivery time.
• Complaint handling and troubleshooting.
• Changes in the prioritization of projects.
• Request to repeat certain process steps.
• Interface to process development regarding technical feasibility of projects in consolidation with lab management.
• Perform a wide variety of laboratory tasks and experiments.
• May also develop and maintain record keeping for experiments performed.
• Perform troubleshooting and calibration of instruments.
