Responsibilities:
Support and guide development teams with a focus on ensuring the teams meet their product deliverables within the agile mindset
- Learn from the experiences of other Scrum Masters
- Be a mentee supporting an experienced Scrum Master in their daily job
- Attend meetings organized by more experienced colleagues to share the knowledge
- Learn from and contribute to the Agile Leadership Chapter
