EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years PQE, including private practice and/or in-house.
- Large scale M&A, takeovers and capital markets transactions.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Right to work in New Zealand.

As an intermediate or senior lawyer in the team, you will advise on a full range of corporate matters, including on M&A, takeovers and capital markets transactions, across a broad range of industries and sectors and for a diverse group of local and international clients.
