ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with at least 4-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, and inventory planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, independent and creative thinking, and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision, and a willingness to embrace change with a growth mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in communicating with and managing external vendors

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Associate / Senior Associate, Procurement to join the Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, this role involves supporting procurement activities for all Business Units. This will be a permanent role for the right candidate with ample opportunity to grow within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive procurement processes by raising purchase requests and issuing purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain purchase records, document procurement data, and organize documents effectively
  • Generate and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly procurement reports
  • Liaise with suppliers to oversee the procurement process until goods are delivered to the warehouse
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with th finance team to facilitate the payment process to suppliers
  • Manage key supplier relationships to achieve business objectives while maintaining control and compliance across the business spectrum
