ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE - TECHNOLOGY M&A

BearingPoint Capital is the M&A advisory arm of BearingPoint, a leading management consulting firm with more than 6000 professionals in over 75 countries. BearingPoint Capital services include M&A strategy, commercial and technology due diligence, and deal advisory.
We are now seeking an ambitious Associate/Senior Associate to play a central role in our Technology M&A division, where you will contribute to Technology Due Diligence engagements and support the implementation of BearingPoint’s overall M&A strategy. This role facilitates rapid career development within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will work with both local and international clients.
As a key part of our growing team in the Nordics, you will participate in projects involving clients from leading private equity firms, family offices, companies, and strategic investors.

• Assist in Due Diligence processes and potentially lead projects after becoming familiar with our deliverables.
• Contribute to financial assessments, including IT Opex/Capex, synergy evaluations, carve-out costs, and benchmarking.
• Support sales initiatives led by management in the Nordic markets, focusing on Private Equity and industry sectors.
• Assist in developing proposals, sales pitches, and strategic planning.
• Participate in training and mentoring of analysts.
• Collaborate with teams across Europe in various industries.
