THE VACANCY
Want to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with an all together different approach?
We are looking for a candidate with good project experience, as there is a real opportunity to grow that aspect and pick up a significant amount of work in the region there. They would also have experience in dilapidations and Tenant Alts as this accounts for most of the work.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the Project Management offering in Ashford, through great work and fostering excellent client relationships.
- Working with a Chartered Building Surveying graduate and two apprentices and graduarte support from the rest of the business.
- Opportunity to manage other team members.
