MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree level qualifications in business discipline essential
- Supply Chain management specialisation in demand planning preferable
- Min 1-2 years of Supply chain experience
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a global multi-cultural environment
- Ability to develop good relationships with various levels of personnel in Lilly’s Financial organization, Affiliate organization, third party service providers, and external auditors

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE
The primary role of the O2C Supply Chain Management Associate is to support the management and control of all inventory and replenishment activities to ensure supply to distributers and our patients is maintained at the highest level Ensure enough stock is located at the appropriate locations to support demand. Proactive communications and actions taken to relevant stakeholders to mitigate any downstream/upstream market changes
Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for O2C Supply Chain queries
Effectively manage all interfaces with LSPs to ensure interfaces have processed correctly and orders have fully migrated to SAP
Control inventory movements done by LSP and reconcile SAP inventory levels with LSPs inventory levels
Manage all replenishment activities including Purchase order requests and communication with all stakeholders
Review key metrics & communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met
Support global/regional O2C projects with influence on accurate, efficient & compliant inventory movements
Support the overall O2C Supply Chain Management team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members
