Currently, we are looking for an Associate Store Manager to lead a team at DISTILLERY DISTRICT, ON, located at

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of people management within the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Experience working with premium brands, new store openings, and/or flagship experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of analytics and metrics, and keen attention to detail.
  • Are self-motivated, and have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Possessing knowledge of cannabis is an asset; enthusiasm is a must.
  • Able to complete the AGCO CannSell program & successfully complete all required background checks. Able to obtain the AGCO Retail Manager Licence is an asset.
  • Able to leverage technology; skilled in POS, Social Media and MS Office.
