• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure service levels and productivity targets are met.
• Oversee employee engagement and development, including performance reviews and staffing.
• Implement and continuously improve procedures to achieve goals in customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, efficiency, and budget control.
• Ensure high standards for Fill Rate (on-time and in-full delivery), inventory accuracy, and productivity.
• Proactively analyze and resolve customer concerns with a sense of urgency.
• Take ownership of key KPIs in the area and ensure consistent performance.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to adapt warehouse layout and equipment for business growth, new products, or changes.
• Champion the LEAD, Engage, and LEAN principles within the team.
