Associate Systems Consultant

construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for an Associate Systems Consultant to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
We are looking for an Associate Systems Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working with internal project teams and customers to help plan and execute the details required to successfully implement and support Paradigm’s enterprise software. You will execute according to Paradigm Service methodologies and best practices for system design and business process refinement.

• You will carry out system configuration activities that satisfy customer business requirements through existing application functionality. You will help drive our customer’s success!
• You will interact with internal implementation teams and external customers to assist with sales, operational, manufacturing, and product configuration needs.
• You will act as an implementation project team member on configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution.
• You will maintain regular verbal and written contact with the implementation project teams via weekly project status calls, remote working sessions, email, and issue tracking tools.
• You will build expertise with Paradigm products and services (including implementation/live customers, new features & tech and consulting customers on features).
• You will contribute to project strategy to successfully implement Paradigm software.
• You will review detailed business and functional requirements and customer workflows to assist in building overall project scope.
