We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Associate, Talent Acquisition to join our global Talent Acquisition team based in our Toronto office. In this role you will be leading a high volume of recruitment efforts to support Oxford Properties Group across all asset classes for property level positions in Canada. In this position you will provide full cycle recruitment support for a high volume of roles, while supporting hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment, hiring and onboarding process. You will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team as we drive a best in class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities:

AS A MEMBER OF THIS TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Leading full cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume roles across Oxford properties including retail, office and industrial locations throughout Canada
You will act as a talent advisor to support hiring managers with creating job descriptions and postings, identifying, screening, interviewing, and assisting with the offer and onboarding process.
Creating and executing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of candidates, leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, and other internal tools to build diverse talent pools of candidates.
Supporting the creation and management of job fairs/hiring events across various properties as needed.
Establishing connections, maintaining and leveraging a professional online and social media presence, and prospecting top talent through your network.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with HR Business Partner’s, People Experience (PEX) and Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams.
Providing trusted advice to hiring managers by using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels.
Representing OMERS and Oxford Properties as the main point of contact for all candidates’ correspondence and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience by managing your talent pipeline, acknowledging all applicants, and engaging in regular communication.
Maintaining accurate recruitment data and records in Workday and Phenom
Keeping up to date on market trends and competitor information, providing business partners with insights and recommendations that will improve the quality of external hires.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE:

2-3 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment or HR
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, practices and policies.
The ability to recruit for both junior and senior level roles across the organization, as well as high-volume recruitment during seasonal periods
Proven experience as an independent, resourceful self-starter with excellent judgment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels in the organization.
Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Adaptability and exceptional time management and organization skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Proficiency with an applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday), with the ability to train hiring managers on how to complete various tasks through the system
Knowledge of various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
