Job description
Across the Benelux, our full-service tax practice provides pragmatic and effective advice on some of the most challenging, high-profile cases. As a member of our tax team in Luxembourg, you will work in a wide range of areas, including inter alia cross-border tax structuring work for large multinational groups and investments funds, restructuring advice, tax support in the context of major finance transactions, the handling of tax litigation / audits and private wealth structuring.
As part of a young, dynamic and growing team, you will:
- work with many different people on diversified and high-level cases and transactions. You will handle these files and projects independently;
- assist different clients on large, national, and international projects with fellow associates and partners from our various practice areas within the Benelux offices;
- manage these transactions with the assistance of a more senior associate or partner, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate
- You have a law degree from an EU jurisdiction, ideally completed by a Master or a post-graduate degree (LL.M.) with a focus on tax law.
- Relevant legal experience of 3 to 6 years as a tax practitioner, preferably in a Luxembourg law firm.
- You are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). German would be a plus.
- You have successfully passed the CCDL or you are registered with the Bar association within the EU.
