A Day in the Life
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Technical Consultant to provide in-OR support, facilitating the adoption of innovative technologies and helping clinicians unlock the full potential of MDT products during procedures. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, supporting them with your expertise and collaboration on partnership projects. The Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Operating Unit develops life-saving technologies for treating cardiac arrhythmias. We offer cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to help patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our vision is to improve patient outcomes worldwide by advancing the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, helping clinicians deliver superior care.
Travelling is required for this role and the ideal candidate is based in the Northern – East Italy, with preference for Modena or Verona.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Coordinate and implement support activities for customers, providing clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, and the installation and maintenance of company products.
  • Serve as the CAS mapping/navigation expert, training new mappers and representing clinical/technical data at congresses or customer meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of clinical knowledge to engage in deep clinical and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide sales personnel with the technical information needed for product demonstrations.
  • Conduct on-site education and consulting, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Document activities and updates in our CRM tool (such as SFDC Lightning or ServiceMax).
  • Manage first-line troubleshooting of CAS mapping/navigation systems, and relay relevant information to the technical department.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, or another relevant qualification.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work independently when needed.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage with a variety of professionals in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including weekend shifts when required, with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding.

Experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology and knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
