THE SKILLS YOU’LL BRING INCLUDE:
- Enablement and/or learning management systems (LMS) experience (with a focus on hybrid learning)
- Implementation of learning/education programs and technologies (SkillJar and Highspot experience a big plus)
- Research skills to support curriculum design and development
- Outstanding project/program management
- Excellent core data skills including compilation, analysis, and synthesis to tell a story and make informed decisions through data
- Customer service to provide an outstanding experience to our internal learners

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Partner with GE program leads/strategists to manage/maintain Rapid7’s enablement technology portfolio to meet business needs
- Support GE’s needs analysis process and planning, leveraging technology where possible
- Execute the set-up and follow-up on GE programs to ensure a seamless and frictionless experience for learners and support learning application/accountability
- Partner with appropriate contacts from relevant technologies to uncover additional operational efficiencies, functionality, best practices and roadmap items relevant to the goals of the business
- Roll-up, analyze, and visualize enablement program data through the lens of business impact.
- Manage/maintain R7’s tech enablement portfolio and vendors
- Partner on effective engagement activities and strategies to bridge our learners with our rich resources and programs
- Design & create digital learning (micro-learning) to embed into Growth Enablement programs
- Leverage our learning platform (Highspot) to set-up programs and learning tracks to optimize the learning experience
- Keep abreast of the market, researching and raising awareness of additional or replacement technologies to help better achieve company goals
- Uncover and recommend approaches to better engage and, in some cases, automate our GE processes
- Partner with the GE team to create visually appealing and easily digestible content that reflects Rapid7’s world-class branding
- Explore a variety of potential enablement technologies that we can leverage to drive learning and enablement impact, ensuring we remain on the cutting edge of technology
- Manage GE vendors and internal stakeholders/subject matter experts for content creation and program implementation
- When needed, help facilitate our best-in-class onboarding and continuous learning programs
The Sales Enablement Technology Specialist will partner with the Growth Enablement team to manage, maintain, and help raise the bar on our learning and enablement technology portfolio. This portfolio is designed to ensure the entire Go to Customer organization is fully prepared to position and sell the complete suite of Rapid7 offerings. This role will support the team in engaging learners, automating processes, and operationalizing data to drive learning and understand business impact. This role requires:
