REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in product management within SaaS or EdTech sectors
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Background in shipping user-centered, intuitive products at a large scale
  • Skills in fostering collaboration across UX and design teams
  • Deep understanding of user needs and a passion for developing products that engage and inspire educators and students
  • Strong capability to communicate effectively and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
  • Competency in managing task prioritization amidst competing demands and driving projects to completion without sacrificing quality
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards like WCAG and their implementation in digital products

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement the product roadmap for features centered around integrations and design
  • Draft project charters, requirements, and stories by translating high-level business objectives into detailed actionable plans
  • Track and evaluate integration success and user satisfaction through key performance indicators
  • Manage customer issues, assess trade-offs, and devise long-term solutions to prevent future challenges
  • Ensure alignment across engineering, design, and UX teams on project goals and execution strategies
  • Support remote teams and external vendors by enhancing communication and workflow efficiency
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and visually compelling designs, adhering to product objectives
  • Conduct usability testing and collect qualitative feedback to continually refine product designs
  • Oversee design reviews to ensure adherence to brand, accessibility standards like WCAG, and usability best practices
  • Gather customer feedback and technical constraints to guide product evolution
  • Act as a user advocate by integrating user research and feedback into product enhancements
