Associate, Technical Sales (Japanese Speaker)
Job Description
The Associate, Technical Sales is responsible for generating new business and ensuring the growth of existing accounts within assigned territories. This position assesses customer needs, provides technical solutions, and fosters strong relationships to promote sales opportunities while resolving customer issues and delivering training. Ultimately, he/she/they leverages deep product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and support overall sales objectives.
- Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to demonstrate product/service offerings and align with client needs
- Provide technical expertise to support sales efforts in achieving low to moderate selling goals
- Prepare and deliver low to moderately complex technical proposals and presentations to aid the sales team
- Identify and analyze customer needs to develop strategies for competitive solutions
- Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products and services to ensure alignment with goals
- Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and use of products
- Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and inquiries to maintain engagement and foster relationships
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels
