Entry Level Analysts provide technical support throughout a customer implementation. They are focused on a building technical expertise for a single product.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities/knowledge
- Develop high-quality, client-specific enhancements in a timely manner.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise throughout a customer implementation.
- Primary activities include enhancement development, testing, issues resolution, implementation, and post implementation support. Any of these activities may require onsite support.
Skills/Qualifications
- Entry level professional contributor on a project or specialty work team
- Typically requires BS/BA or higher in Engineering or Computer Science or related work experience and 6 mo-2 years of experience in related field
- Adheres to departmental processes and procedures
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- Relevant work experience programming in C++ (placement, dissertation or post university work experience i.e. more than just a module at university).
- Object oriented development experience.
- Database skills using SQL and experience with working with Oracle and/or SQL Server.
- Good communicator.
- Team Player.
